This smoothie is a great wat to incorporate fresh, local, and in-season produce into your diet around autumn.  Bok Choy is a tasty, mild plant. It's loaded with antioxidants, vitamin C, folic acid, and potassium. Mangoes are rich in a variety of phytonutrients, and pears are full of dietary fiber. An amazingly refreshing option for any time of the day.  

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - Bok Choy
  • 1 ripe - mango
  • 2 ripe - pears
  • 1 ripe - apple
  • 1 cup - ice water
just about 1 quart 10 minutes

Directions

BLEND BABY!
