Owners are invited to get involved in the co-op by participating in committees. The following committees have been established to focus on short- and long-term priorities for the co-op.
Assists the Board in coordinating periodic financial review or audit activities.

Connects with our communities through workshops, pot-lucks, advocacy, and other engaging outreach activities.

Announces annual election, coordinates election process, solicits and organizes potential board director candidate applications, and manages the actual election.

Assists in strategic planning, and member and commercial loan management. A sub-committee focused on our current Owner Loan Campaign works on cultivating financial support from Dill Pickle ownership towards our expansion.

Assists with research and interpretation of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to retail food operations, labor law, and contract review and creation.
