After going through a skills assessment earlier this year, the board has determined key areas where new director experience would be particularly helpful:
- Financial knowledge
- Human resources/talent management
- Community organizing/fundraising
- Legal expertise
Candidates for 2017-19 Board Terms
Five board seats are currently vacant: three full 3-year terms and two partial 1-year terms. Seats will be determined by number of votes, with the highest polling candidates elected to the longest terms. This year's ballot includes no bylaw amendments or referendums.
