Autumn Self-Care: Gathering Inwards

CANCELLED. (Unfortunately, we didn’t meet minimum enrollment to host this workshop.)

After a busy and expansive Spring and Summer, and life moves underground, it is time to gather inwards, take stock of our harvests and let go of what is no longer needed. How do we best maintain our vitality into the winter?

As part of a series on seasonal plant medicine, long-time local herbalist Nance Klehm aka 'Weedeater' will introduce you to teas, tinctures and foods that can support your mental, emotional and physical wellness to help you prepare for the deep cold and rest of winter!

Learn how Western Herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine consider Autumn as it relates to the body, and leave with some teas and recipes to support your body’s turning inwards.

TICKETS: General $35, Dill Pickle owners $30. REGISTER HERE!

Hosted by Nance Klehm: www.socialecologies.net www.spontaneousvegetation.net
